SPAGHETTI SQUASH

The 8-10 inch oblong fruit has a pale yellow rind and stringy flesh that when cooked can be scooped out in strands resembling spaghetti. When mature, the shell will turn a buttery yellow or deep orange.

For best results, boil the squash for 20 to 30 minutes or bake for 50 minutes. Cut in two, and scoop out the low carb spaghetti look alike.
