This summer squash looks just like its name, a flying saucer! This unique star shaped squash has radiating points and a multi color pattern. Flying Saucer produces ribbed squash with a dark green center with yellow scalloped edges on a large bush plant.
The squash is best when picked young and tender and is great sauteed, stuffed or stir-fried.
