STEVIA

Stevia Rebaudiana
"The sweetest known natural herb"! Use fresh leaves for tea or eat a few right off the plant. Add leaves to teas to sweeten. To make stevia powder dry leaves on a low setting in the microwave until crisp. Then with a kitchen blender, food processor, or coffee grinder with metal blades, process dry leaves at high speed for a few seconds. Use the fine powder for use in recipes calling for Green Stevia Powder.

Store in air-tight glass container. It's best to harvest the leaves when you see the showy white flowers in spring and summer.
